Within ninety days of the receipt of a claim in accordance with section 86, the liquidator shall, after conducting the necessary investigation, inform the claimant that the claim has been fully or partially accepted or rejected based on the evidence received, and shall also publish a public notice thereof. (2) According to sub-section (1). The claimant whose claim has been partially accepted or rejected shall submit the claim including any additional evidence within fifteen days of being informed of it. (3) If any amendment is found to be required in the claim submitted in accordance with sub-section (2), the liquidator may amend it partially or fully. (4) If he is not satisfied with the decision made by the liquidator in accordance with sub-section (1) or (3), the claimant may appeal to the court within twenty one days from the date of receiving the information of such decision.
